Editing schedules/posting frequencies

Adjusting your job posting schedule is an essential part of managing your recruiting strategy. Editing a schedule allows you to change how often your job posts are sent out to connected social media pages, ensuring your content reaches the right audience at the right time.

Customizing your schedule can help you:

  • Optimize Post Timing: Align job posts with the peak activity times on your social media channels for better visibility and engagement.
  • Manage High-Volume Campaigns: Increase the posting frequency when you have multiple job openings to ensure consistent coverage.
  • Prevent Overposting: Reduce the frequency of posts to avoid overwhelming your audience, especially if you have fewer active job listings.
  • Adapt to Seasonal Trends: Tailor your posting cadence during busy hiring periods, like holiday seasons or industry-specific recruitment spikes.
  • Support a New Social Media Strategy: Adjust the schedule as part of broader changes to your social media and branding approach.
