Step 3: From this page you can filter, edit, change the language, and disable post templates.

Change Locale: In the upper left hand corner there is a drop-down for Locale. This drop down lets you set the language of your templates to English, Dutch, French, Portugese, or Spanish.

The Filter Icon (mceclip8.png): As your list of templates grows this will make it easier to find the templates you are looking for by narrowing the list to only one kind of template at a time.

Template Edit Menu (mceclip9.png): The template edit menu is accessed by hovering over a template. Looking at the menu from left to right you have the ability to copy the template, preview the template in a job post, edit the template, delete the template, or turn the template off. If you turn off a template it will not be available to add to campaigns.

Step 4: Select the templates that you want to use with this campaign.

By default, campaigns are set to use All Available Templates, meaning that any template in the library can be used with any job in this campaign. If you want to choose just some of the templates to go out with this campaign, you will first need to select the option for “Use Selected Templates Only”.

From here hover over any “Selected” button and see that it turns into a deselect option. You can also choose to “Deselect All” templates and then add those you want back in.

Step 5: Designate templates to only go out with specific jobs.

To do this first select “Move” next to the template you want to assign to a job group. Then select the job filter from the drop down. If you need to know how to create a job filter, click here.
