How to Login or Reset My CareerArc Password

In this article, you will find instructions on how to login to your CareerArc account along with how to reset your password.

Logging into your CareerArc account is needed in order to view your jobs, access your campaigns, edit and upload images, view reporting, and much more!

Step 1: Go to https://www.careerarc.com/login and enter the email address and password you set when creating your account.

• Note: the email address used to create your account is likely your work email address.

Step 2: If you can’t remember your password and need to reset it, click the “Forgot Password?” link from the login page, or go to https://www.careerarc.com/forgot_password

Step 3: Enter your email address and click the Reset My Password button.

• If the email address you entered doesn’t exist in our system, you’ll get an error message letting you know. 
• See Step 6 for instructions on how to create a new account.

Step 4: You’ll receive an email containing a link to reset your password.  Click the link in the email or copy and paste the link into your browser.

Step 5: Create your new password, enter it into both of the fields shown below then click Save My New Password.

Step 6: If you find from Step 3 that you don’t have an existing account or if you’re still having trouble logging in, please submit a request to our support team and they’ll be happy to help!
