Facebook Job Listings are a great way to get eyes on your jobs. How well is the marketplace performing for you? Let’s take a look.
This article will go over how to access your Facebook Job Listings report data, as well as what it includes. If you need a refresher on CareerArc-specific terms, click here to view our glossary. If you do not have Facebook Job Listings turned on and want to do so, click here for a step-by-step process.
Step 1: Hover over the Job Distribution tab and select Facebook Jobs
Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom and click Full Report under the Top Jobs module
Step 3: Click on the calendar on the right-hand side to select the date range you would like to see
- If you choose a custom date range, click apply when you are finished with your selection
Step 4: You are now viewing a chart of the number of applications and follow-up email link clicks that you have received in your specified date range.
- You can change your view between days, weeks, or months
- You can also see a summary of the statistics as well as your top jobs under the chart
Step 5: For a more detailed look at your top jobs, click on the Jobs tab next to the summary tab
- You can sort this by job title, city, state, country, or job type
Step 6: Optionally, you can export the jobs data in an Excel spreadsheet to make a detailed report that fits your needs.
Alternatively, you can also access the Facebook Job Listing data under the source section in the Jobs Reporting section.
Step 1: Hover over Reporting and click on Jobs
Step 2: Scroll down and select the Sources tab and click on Facebook Job Listings
You may have to click the arrow in the bottom right to get to the next page if it is not in your top 5 sources.
You can now start following the direction from step 3 in the previous section.
