How to Add Images to the Image Library

Great imagery on social helps your posts stand out and attract your audience. Posts with images are essential for engaging with your audience. The image library should reflect the voice of your brand and represent the functions and experience of a job. Click here to read our best practices. 

Step 1: Hover over Job Distribution and click on 'Images'.

Step 2: Select add new images

Step 3: Click choose files

The max file size is 5 MB and only 5 MB can be uploaded at a time. You can upload multiple files at a time as long as the total size is under 5 MB. Otherwise, multiple batches of images may need to be uploaded.

The recommended size for Facebook and LinkedIn will appear. For optimal results and to save effort, please resize your images at a horizontal orientation of 1100 x 550 px to work across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook - and make sure not to have text or other important graphics near the outer edges of your images.

Step 4: Select the photos to upload

Step 5: Click upload

Your images are now ready to be added to campaigns. It’s important to note that the images are not automatically added to your campaign(s). To learn how to add new images to your campaign(s) click here
