In this article, we will walk through the steps needed to create and schedule a post on Glassdoor via the Content Calendar.

The Content Calendar helps companies schedule content for employer brand updates to Glassdoor.

Step 1: Create your Social Media Account. Click on Social Media Accounts and under the Glassdoor section "Add Account".

Enter your Glassdoor URL. You can get this URL by clicking your company name at the top left of your Glassdoor Employer Center Dashboard.

Step 2: Create the post content. For step-by-step instructions on creating a Content Calendar post click here.

Important Note: For Glassdoor posts make sure to add in the "who should be notified" field a valid email address for the Glassdoor admin. This is important because the email you receive will have further instructions on how to complete the process. After scheduling, your post will show up on the calendar and an email with instructions on completing this process on the scheduled day and time will be found in your inbox.

Note: Glassdoor posts live under Company Updates and do not have images.

Step 3: Open the email confirmation and tap "Go".

The email confirmation you receive allows you to verify the Glassdoor account and preview the post once again. Tap the "Go" button and you’ll be directed to a CareerArc webpage with instructions on how to post your content to your Glassdoor page.

  1. Copy your content by clicking in the text field or by clicking the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
  2. Open Glassdoor and post your content. Clicking the "Post Now" button will open Glassdoor (log in if necessary) where you can paste your copied content into the text field and click "Post".

Your content is now posted under Company Updates on your Glassdoor page!
