CareerArc's platform will take your Facebook job listing applications and retain them in your account for up to 90 days.
Once you have Facebook job listings enabled in your CareerArc account, job applications will be gathered in the Job Distribution area. This is another point of contact for your team to take advantage of warm leads as they come in from your Facebook job listings.
View your Facebook job applications
To view your Facebook job applications on CareerArc, please do the following:
Select Job Distribution > Applications from the Dashboard toolbar, located on the left:
This will take you to a full list of all job applications created from your Facebook job listings. From here you can sort the list by job title, number of applications, location, brand, the post date of the position, and the status of the job listing. Click on any job title to view the details of the job posting. Click on the applications number to view the individual job applicants for each position.
Downloading your job applications
CareerArc will store your job applicant data for up to 90 days. If you need to retain this information beyond 90 days, we recommend exporting the content to Excel. To export your Facebook job applications, open up the applications page as described above > scroll down to the bottom of the page > select Export to Excel
This will prompt a download to your local computer, and you will now have a backup of the exported data.
