Integrating your company, recruiter, and employee profiles into CareerArc helps you streamline job posts and amplify company content. Here's how to set everything up and how our resharing logic works.
Profile Types
Company Profiles:
- Used to share approved job postings, official brand content, and manually scheduled postings.
- Content shared here becomes the source for employee and recruiter resharing.
Recruiter Profiles:
- Allow recruiters to share targeted job postings and reshare company content (on LinkedIn).
- Synced using one of three connection methods set up during onboarding:
- CareerArc codes (recruiters get a CareerArc code generated for them that they put in their job descriptions)
- Job Source (recruiters are identified in the job import data)
- LinkedIn Codes (recruiters have LinkedIn codes in their job descriptions)
Employee Profiles:
- Personal profiles of your employees.
- Designed to amplify your company’s reach by resharing eligible content from the company page.
Connecting each profile type
Company Profiles
- Go to Publishing > Company profiles.
- Click “Add profile”
- Select the social media platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X).
Choose one of the following options:
- If You Own the Profile:
- Click Yes, I Own It.
- On the next page, click Connect to log in and authorize the page.
- If You Don’t Own the Profile:
- Click No, I Don’t Own It to generate a link.
- Share the link with the profile’s admin to grant access.
Recruiter Profiles
Recruiters are connected with one universal link!
- Go to Profiles > Recruiters
- Click “Invite recruiters”
- Send the link to any recruiter you would like to connect!
Employee Profiles
Employees are connected with one universal link!
- Go to Profiles > Employees
- Grab the link at the top of the page
- Send the link to any employee you would like to connect!
