Why Schedule Posts?

Manual scheduling can be ideal for:

  • Launching a new product: Build excitement and engagement.

  • Celebrating milestones: Showcase achievements and company culture.
  • Job fairs and recruitment events: Engage candidates attending key events.
  • Holiday seasons: Maximize reach during active periods or avoid low-activity times.

How to Schedule a Post

Go to the “Publishing” tab at the top of your page.

Click on “Manually Scheduled Posts.”

Choose between two options:

  • Help me create it:
    Enter content or a URL, and let the system help you craft the post.
    • Posting about a job? Add the job link.
    • Hosting a hiring event? Share the details.
    • Celebrating a holiday? Tell us about it!
  • Build from scratch:
    Take full creative control with no automated suggestions.

Once your post is ready, click “Looks good. Next.”

On the next page, select when you’d like this post published:

  • Right away: Publish as soon as possible.
  • Specific Date: Pick a date and time.

Choose the profiles to publish to.

  • Select all applicable profiles.

Click “Post it” to finalize.
