  • Uploading Custom Media to use in your posts

Choosing a Branded Style

We offer five automatically generated image styles to match your brand’s personality:

  • Bold – Strong colors and high-impact typography
  • Casual – Relaxed and friendly designs
  • Chic – Sleek and modern visuals
  • Clean – Minimalist and professional layouts
  • Witty – Playful and engaging imagery

Your selected style applies to all suggested posts and job post templates, making it easy to maintain a cohesive look. If you update your style, future posts will reflect the change, but approved posts will remain unchanged.

Enhancing Your Posts with Custom Media 

While our system-generated images provide a polished and branded look, you also have the option to upload your own media. Any custom images you add will be used in your suggested posts and job post templates, giving you additional flexibility.

Custom Media Requirements

  • Accepted formats: Images (.jpg, .png) and videos (.mp4)
  • Image size: Minimum width of 400px
  • Video size: Must be under 500MB

Locating Your Branded Graphics & Media Settings

You can access everything you need in the "Posts" section of your dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the "Posts" page at the top left of your dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to find the customization options.
  3. On the left-hand side, you'll see two tabs:
    • Branded Graphics – Choose and update your image style.
    • +Add Your Own Media – Upload custom images and videos.

This setup ensures you can easily switch between styles or add personalized visuals in just a few clicks!
